Dead Until Dark
I watched the first two seasons of True Blood a year ago, and I was looking for a light read, so I thought Dead Until Dark would be just that: no surprises, I know the characters, where the plot is going, etc.
I was pleasantly surprised! The characters and plot are well developed and everything that irked me in the TV show is not actually in the book...
I know, I know, colour me shocked, a book better than its adaptation?
Anyway, I enjoyed this novel, it was a fun read and I am looking forward to Living Dead in Dallas.
